IMC Colombia

IMC (International Meal Company) is a Brazilian multinational in the food sector that operates with different restaurants. It works in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.

Need

Before the implementation of our solution, the client needed help with reprocessing in the digitalization of purchase orders and needed a gap in inventory control. They needed to create an integration interface between two information systems for purchase orders to address these issues.

Solution

Our team implemented a solution that integrated two systems- SAP, used to manage purchase orders for raw materials and carry out internal transfers, and the point of sale system, used to control the inventory of each of the restaurant headquarters. This integration allowed us to manage these processes more efficiently.

Result

The results have been very favorable for the company. For instance, they have been able to reduce waste by optimizing the use of resources and raw materials, control costs by having a better overview of their inventory, and improve agility in the purchasing process by eliminating the need for reprocessing in digitalization.

They required a service that allowed them to support different technical needs around Office 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Solution

Through our staff augmentation service, we provided one of our expert talents in these technologies to implement the upgrades that some of their internal processes required.

They improved their requisition system by automating this module, went down SharePoint list thresholds, and received training for better management of the native controls of SharePoint and a more pleasant interface for their users.

DiBanka needed to build an entire solutions ecosystem, web and mobile applications, and integration with 3rd party actors, Banks, Financial Companies, and Public and Private Companies to deliver its offering.

Solution
